Shipping Information

Agri Drain shipments are "FOB Origin" which means the purchaser pays shipping cost from Agri Drain and gains ownership of the goods as soon as it leaves its point of origin (Agri Drain). The seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends when the seller places them into the possession of the carrier. The Buyer assumes risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment. The buyer is responsible for the liability of the freight during transport and for filing claims for loss or damage.

Damages to deliveries need notated with signature and reported to Agri Drain within 3 days of receiving product.

We use a variety of small package shipping companies, and we also have a number of commercial trucking companies at our disposal. Shipping charges are billed to our customers as a separate item on our invoice.

For faster service, we also offer 1, 2, or 3 Day Air.
